Collections

As a Collector with Green Tree, I help my customers understand and resolve their delinquency problems. I work with them to find options and solutions that work for everyone. Default Services - Loss Mitigation

We identify customers who are eligible for Loss Mitigation assistance. We work with customers, attorneys, brokers, and title companies to offer cure resolution options which meet predetermined Company and investor standards. Analyzing the borrower’s financial situation in order to recommend the most appropriate alternative to the customer is rewarding when we can prevent foreclosure and often keep our customers in their homes.

Customer Service

In Customer Service, we want to be the One-Stop-Shop for all of our customers' needs. We can take a payment, answer a question about an account, refer clients to insurance for better rates, and even view their original loan documents. As a Customer Service professional, it's important to me that my customer feels an instant sense of rapport and respect, and knowing all the answers without transferring the customer half way around the globe doesn't hurt either! Just like I'm committed to my customers, from day one Green Tree has been committed to me. With the comprehensive new hire and on-going training programs, I am always prepared to meet new challenges and changes in the business.

As a member of Technology Services, individuals are a part of a team that works closely with the business to understand their issues and deliver cutting edge technology solutions in a full life cycle development environment.
